I Miss My Friend

Sometimes, only one person is missing,
and the whole world seems depopulated.

  1. Yes, me too, very much. I hope he will get in touch with those of us he considered to be his friends.

  2. So many of us, and yet one person can be such a vital link . . . and so inimitable.

  3. *hug*

I hope you don't mind; I'm going to tuck this quote away. Sadly, I'm going to need it fairly soon...

  4. Tony - indeed. I hope I'm one of them for him.

    Bee - you're so right.

Mrs. Chili - thanks for that. I'm so sorry about what you're facing.

  5. I know that feeling. I hope you don't know it for long.

  6. I am sorry, it must be a torment.

Thanks for your comment at mine; I think perhaps you followed the links more conscinetiously than I did. I've supplied another link specifically to the 'Brown Sisters' photos.

  7. FF, I’m sorry about your lost friend – good quotation.

It is so wonderful to connect with you! It looks like we share common blogging friends, favorite authors and liberal politics in common. Stephen Colbert is funny, but I like John Stewart even better. Good for you for tackling the issues and with a sense of humor too!

I look forward to reading more as a new follower.

(Tony: Un autre temps, patience.)

  9. La Belette Rouge - thanks so much. Good news! The wait is over. :)

Lucy - it was. Glad it's over. Limbo was never my favorite destination.

    Thanks for the new link!

Sarah - thanks for coming over. We DO share a lot of common interests and I love your writing. As Bee pointed out once, just when you think you have quite enough friends, thank you very much, a new one pops up and you wonder how you managed without them. She said it better, but that's the drift!

Rick: Who are you really, and what were you before? What did you do and what did you think, huh?

    Ilsa: We said no questions.

Rick: Here's looking at you, kid.

  13. Where has Alexandre gone to this time?
I hope he is well and not troubled.

He has disappeared without a trace, I hope he will return to us all in a new reincarnation. ♥
